RESERVATIONS
We have chosen a different format for our booking process this year and hope that the changes will make the registration process more streamlined for everyone! Two Step Process:

Select a Conference Fee ticket for each member of your family based on age. This will help us track number of attendees. (If you are planning to stay off site, you only need to purchase a Conference Fee ticket)

Select your accommodation type and add it to the cart. Please read the descriptions carefully to ensure that your family meets the capacity limits of the type you have chosen.
Once you have both an accommodation and conference fees in your cart, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions about deposits/payments. Please note that we are collecting payment by e-transfer and will require full payment no later then August 14, 2026.
