We are so glad that you are interested in coming to the RP Family Camp 2025. Below you will find an updated version of the booking engine that we have been using the last two years. Please read the instructions carefully and don't hesitate to send us an email if you have any questions or need help making a reservation - camp@rpccanada.org.
We will be adding private trailer rental options to the listings as they come available.
Instructions: Only the dates of September 5-8, 2025 will give you available rooms, our policy is to not allow for part time reservations. Please enter the correct number of people in your family in the search bar, this will allow us to collect all the information about the people in your family in one step and reduce the number of emails to confirm your reservation. There are five steps to this reservation process: 1. Select your room: Please choose a room that fits the number of people in your family, the general rule of thumb is that you can add one extra person to the number of beds in a room to allow for a baby sleeping in a cot with their family, we cannot exceed the room capacities beyond that for fire and safety regulations. If you need to choose multiple rooms to fit your family, you will need to make a second reservation. 2. Extras - Conference Fees: Please add to your reservation the appropriate number of conference fee extras for your family. There are three types of conference fees based on the age, $50 for 16+;$15 for 6-15; and $0 for 0-5. 3. Guest Information: Let us know the names and ages of everyone in your family, If you have any food allergies or know that you are not going to be at camp the full weekend please list those details in the special requests box at the bottom of the form. 4. Payment: A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required within a week of your reservation. This fee counts toward your total camp fees and can be paid via e-transfer to camp.registrar@rpccanada.org. The balance of your reservation is due no later then August 20, 2025 and can be paid via e-transfer to the same address. 5. Confirmation: You will receive a copy via email, please save this email as it will have the total amount that you need to pay before coming to camp. If you notice that any of the details you entered during the process are incorrect, please send us an email as soon as possible so we can update our records. If your plans change and you need to cancel, please also let us know that as soon as possible.
