1 queen bed, bunk room with a single over double bunk and a single, plus a pull out couch in the main living space.
 
Please note we do have a dog in case of allergies. 
 
The attached bunk room does not have a/c. However we leave the door open and point a large square fan into the bunkroom so it blows the a/c into the room and it cools it off nicely.
