Our trailer is 38 ft. It’s 200 steps to the beach.
We have a master bedroom with a King bed.
A second room with bunks and a trundle bed.
There is also a pullout couch if needed (double).
Air Conditioning.
We also have a sunroom with a TV/DVD.
No pets allowed. We do not have WiFi.
Lastly our oven does not work, but we do have a BBQ and slow cooker. 
 
We provide all the bedding. Guests need to bring their own towels.
