By creating this reservation you are agreeing to pay a $50 non-refundable booking fee within the next week via eTransfer to camp.registrar@rpccanada.org.

This booking fee counts towards your total camp fees, the remainder of your payment is due no later then August 20, 2025 via eTransfer to camp.registrar@rpccanada.org.

Requiring this booking fee upfront enables us to reduce the likelihood of last-minute cancellations, allowing everyone interested in attending camp to have the opportunity to do so!

If the booking fee is not received, we will unfortunately have to release your room reservation. As a result, you may need to restart the booking process, and your preferred choice of accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:
The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel before final payment is due (2 weeks before camp). We will refund your total fees less booking deposit.
If you cancel after the final payment deadline, there will be no refunds/credit.
