There is a conference fee of $50/adult (16+) and $10/child (age 2-16) which covers food and other costs associated with the weekend. NOTE: There is no charge for children under the age of 2. A form for adding these fees will appear when you click on Book Now.

This year we are requiring a $50 booking deposit to secure your accommodations.

You will receive a confirmation email from the registrar with details on how to make your payment.

There are a limited number of each type of accommodation, so please book early to ensure you get one that suits you best.

NOTE: We have a registration limit of 275 people and we will be closing registration on August 1, 2024 so please book ASAP if you wish to come,  we will be keeping this page up to date with all available accommodations.
